We are aware of unwanted text messages claiming to be OTM Sports.
If you are receiving texts that do not have the OTM Sports customer service number (888-235-6861) in the body of the text, those texts ARE NOT from us.We’ve never had a person by the name of “Shane” working for our company.
We filed a police report in 2015 to determine who is sending the texts and try to stop them.
At this time, the authorities have not been able to determine who is using our name in the text messages.
They were able to determine the texts are being sent from a Verizon SIM card.
We have asked Verizon to stop the texts.
If you receive these texts, please call Verizon.
Maybe, if they get enough complaints, they will shut down the SIM card.
